MEETING GOAL: develop strategy and foundation for CIOERT Y3-5 Science Plans
PARTICIPANTS
PLENARY OBJECTIVES:
• Project talks provide background for BOG discussions
• Keynotes provide insight into NOAA (OAR and OER) objectives, and innovation process
• Identify ways CIOERT can support OAR-Next innovation plans
BREAKOUT GROUP OBJECTIVES:
1. Enhance Y1-2 projects through integration of projects and transition of results to applications
2. Develop strategy for CIOERT Decision Support Tools
3. Identify C4 priority capabilities
4. Identify technology innovations for Y3-5
5. Develop program model that demonstrates project integration, expected outcomes, and incorporates cross-cutting activities (education, outreach, access to/use of exploration platforms/tools).
